From the Principal…

Bluff Creek Families,

During these unsettling times our staff has been working diligently to provide learning opportunities in the event of a long-term school closure after spring break. These distance learning plans will go into effect as soon as, but no earlier than March 30th. Students are not expected to do any of the school work until that time. If school is called off for the week of March 30th, your teacher will contact you via e-mail with further directions. Should school take place as usual on March 30th, students will be expected to bring back devices and work so they are able to resume their normal schedule.

If students do not have access to a home device or district issued Chromebook, or if there is no regular Internet access at home, families are asked to contact Mrs. MacDonald at 952-556-6610, so accommodations can be made to provide resources that ensure access to educational materials.

Materials will be distributed at tables located in the main hallway at Bluff Creek at these times:

Wednesday, March 18th 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Thursday, March 19th 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Friday, March 20th 8:00 a.m.- 12:00 p.m.

If families are unable to pick up materials they should contact our Bluff Creek main office at 952-556-6600 for an alternate plan. Our wish is for you to have a healthy, safe spring break in the company of your family.

Warmly,

Joan MacDonald
