Strategic Direction #1: Improving teaching and personalized learning for the development of each learner.

How will we measure?	Raise the number of students meeting state standards in Reading and Math by 2-6 percentage points.
What are we doing?	We are aligning our teaching to the state standards. We are reviewing data frequently to ensure all students are growing in their learning. We are using data to serve students' needs. We are providing best fit academic and behavior interventions to support student growth.
What will you notice?	Curriculum followed with fidelity (K-3 BAR, 3-5 Sonday) Students will know what they are learning and celebrate their growth Increased confidence, proficiency and building-wide student achievement.

Strategic Direction #2: Fostering a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment

How will we measure?	Increase the number of students saying they have a trusted adult at school and feel safe at school.
What are we doing?	Our social worker meets with every single student two times per year. Intentional lessons about social and emotional learning during Morning Meeting. Clarified expectations for behavior and school climate.
What will you notice?	All stakeholders feel seen, heard, valued, and trusted. Students experience staff that know them individually and support their unique gifts and talents.
