Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade Chromebooks
At this point in time, we are asking to have Kinder Academy, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grade students keep the Chromebook chargers at home and bring the Chromebooks back and forth from school/home. This will allow for a quick transition if distance learning would be required for a student or classroom.
All Kinder Academy, Kindergarten, and 1st grade Chromebooks are covered under our school district Chromebook insurance policy at no cost through the summer of 2021. No signup is necessary as your child is automatically enrolled. More information is here if you’d like to check it out. The Chromebook charger/adapter is not covered by the insurance plan.
To help use in the classroom, we ask that you find a good place to have the Chromebook charged each evening and also have it stored in an easy place for your child to remember to return it to school the next day.
