Principal's Letter 1-8-2021

From the Principal…

Happy New Year Bluff Creek Families!

We have had a wonderful first week back from winter break and students are settling into routines and engaging in new learning. Most families came to BCE on Thursday and picked up materials to support learning as we move to transition back to in-person learning. If you still need to retrieve your child’s learning materials, please contact the Bluff Creek office (952-556-6600).

Next week, Monday, January 11th and Tuesday January 12th all students K-5 attend distance learning. Wednesday, January 13th Kindergarten, first and second graders have no school and second through fifth graders have distance learning as they usually do on Wednesdays. Thursday January 14th and Friday, January 15th are distance learning days for grades K-5.

There is no school on Monday, January 18th in honor of Martin Luther King Day.

The transition to return to learn in-person begins on Tuesday, January 19th-Students in grades Kindergarten, first and second will be returning to school on Tuesday, January 19th right after the extended Martin Luther King Day weekend. These students will attend school on Tuesday 1/19, participate in distance learning on Wednesday, 1/20 and then attend in person on Thursday 1/21 and Friday 1/22.
