All Bluff Creek Elementary students participated in the school's sixth annual STEM Festival Wednesday morning led by The Bakken Museum of Minneapolis. Second and third graders were treated to War of the Currents, while fourth and fifth graders saw a presentation on surface area titled Small Stuff, Big Deal. Kindergarten and first graders learned about electricity through Static x2.
All fourth and fifth graders will get a chance Thursday to hear presentations from 14 STEM-based business/community organizations and the University of Minnesota on Day 2.
